Florida Gulf Coast University athletics has a few teams in action this weekend on Saturday, Nov. 15

Let’s start with volleyball. The Eagles will be in Jacksonville, Fla . facing the University of North Florida on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. This will be FGCU’s final regular season game with the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship Tournament beginning Thursday, Nov. 20 at Alico Arena in Fort Myers, Fla.

FGCU will be coming into this game having played Jacksonville University on Friday, Nov. 14. The Eagles will enter Saturday’s game with either an ASUN record of 12-3 or 11-4.

FGCU men’s basketball will also be in action hosting Chattanooga at Alico Arena on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. The Eagles (1-2) are looking to recover from a 95-94 loss to Georgia Southern on Tuesday, Nov. 11, while the Mocs (1-2) are looking to recover from a 101-69 loss to UNLV back on Saturday, Nov. 8.

Teddy Washington Jr. finished with 18 points for Chattanooga in that game followed by Jordan Frison with 13 points.

FGCU men’s tennis will be on the court for the final day of the Pelican Bay Collegiate Invitational on Saturday, Nov. 15 at the Pelican Bay Community Center in Naples, Fla. the Eagles will be playing both Boston College and Barry University.
